Communication with parents

If you have any concerns about your child’s progress, or any others issues, a member of staff is always available at the beginning or end of your child’s session. You can also make an appointment to see your child’s key person or the Nursery Manager at another convenient time. If the matter cannot be resolved at this level, please make an appointment to see the Principal.

We send regular letters home with details about upcoming events, health news and other important information.

We encourage parents and carers to take an active role in Nursery life by supplying information, photos, leaflets, and craft activities which your child has done at home. We discuss these items with the children and then they are displayed on our ‘Special Things I Have Done at Home’ board. These items will then be placed in your child’s Progress Record.   

We post photographs on our school Instagram page everyday. This enables parents to share the photos with their child and talk about the activities they have enjoyed together.
